Here's where it all started! Kita-kits dinner at Chili's Greenhills

We arrived at the airport by 4:40am and our flight was at 5:10am. By the time Marge and I got to the check-in counter (Grethel, Aze, and Ricky arrived earlier), it was already closed and the supervisor said, 'sorry, next flight na lang'. Waaaahhhhh! But we begged and begged and begged until the airport staff relented! Haaaaay! Here's a pic at the airport!
Finally we made it sa CDO by 6:30am. Tapos we got picked up somewhere malapet na din sa airport cuz we had to leave our stuff sa house nung friend ni grethel.
then, yung starting point! dito they gave the instructions, like how to paddle, then what to do pag tumaob or nalaglag ka! Grabe, sobrang kaba ko dito, tapos umulan pa daw sa bundok so malakas talaga yung waters. waaaah!
The company we got boasts that they are the only company offering 32 rapids (others, only 21 and 14). Plus, they don't let people sign waivers, so they guarantee safety.
The first 7 rapids were the most dangerous kaya walang ibang company na nag dare, and sobrang naprove namen, waaaaah katakot!
Tatanungin kayo ng guides kung "mild" o "wild", so kame naman, "WILD!!!!!" ayun, tumilapon kameng 3 hahahaha! eto yung bago kame tumilapon
Ang galeng nung photographer kase naka kayak lang sya, tapos nakuha pa nyang mag picture
Tapos, halfway, me merienda kame, a box of Pastel and tetra pak na juice. hehehe, hindi ako nauuhaw kase dame ko na nainom na tubeg by this time hahahahahaa!
Tapos, pag mejo malalim yung waters, we are allowed to jump in the waters tapos magpapaanod lang. Syempre ako paanod ng paanod, hahaha sarap nito promise.
after over three hours of rafting, lunch time sa end nung rafting adventure! about 300 meters before the last stop, pina jump kame so swim lang (actually, you don't need to swim kase tinatangay ka nga waters, hahaha sobrang lameeeg, pero sobrang sarap)
lunch time, wowowweeee, sobrang sarap: chicken barbecue, pork barbecue, and kinilaw! and we are eating by the river!
after lunch, we headed off to the pinoy rafting (tubing) starting point! according to the guides, mas exciting daw to! we don't have paddles! so ayun, naku mas nakakatakot.
first rapid pa lang, hahahaha tumaob na yung tube ko, pero dahil naka tali sya with the other tubes, bumalek din ako kaagad sa position ko! whew! sobrang exciting!
Tubing is more exciting than the rafting, cuz ikaw mismo yung sasagupa sa rapids! you don't have paddles, so kung saan ka anurin ng tubig dun ka!
And what's even scarier is kapag lumalapet sa batuhan, waaaaah me mga iguana! tawa sila ng tawa sa ken, kase mas gusto ko pa daw mauntog sa bato kesa kapitan ng iguana, hahahaha, hellow kaya! promise sobrang scary, ang lalake kaya nila!
And eto na, malapet na kame ulet dun sa wildest rapid! pag dating namen dun, talagang tumaob yung buong sinasakyan nameng tubes! dalawa kame ni aze na napunta sa ilalim nung tubes!
oh my gosh, i thought i'd never see light again! alam mo yun, bukod sa lakas ng rapids, di ako makaahon kase me mga tubes sa taas ko! so to get out of it, i used the tubes as a guide, hanggang maabot ko yung dulo nung tubes at ayun pag ahon na pag ahon ko, airrrrrrrrr!!!!!! hahahaha, tawa ako ng tawa after kase kala ko mamamatay na talaga ako hahaha!
tapos, 14 rapids to go, we paused for the bridge-jumping! there's a bridge halfway, and punta kame sa bridge tapos tatalon kame, mga 30 feet yung bridge from the water!
Marge was the first to jump, tapos ako na! While I was on the ledge, hindi pa ako nakatalon kaagad, kase si the guide was trying to get marge out of the water pa. so ang tagal ko pa sa ledge hahaha, nanginginig na talaga tuhod ko, sabi ko, "manong, talon na talaga ako, nanginginig na ko!" ayun! so talon na ko!
i closed my eyes tapos sobrang tagaaaaaaaaaalllll ng drop! somewhere in between, eh you'll feel na yung soul mo eh humiwalay na sa katawan mo. complete blackout talaga. bumalik na lang yung consciousness ko nung tumama na yung paa ko sa water! haaaay pero after that sobrang sarap ng feeling grabe! sobrang walang kapantay yung excitement nun! as in!
haaay, tapos back to the rapids ulet, pero this time around, nothing could scare us na! hahahaha.
After that we headed off to dinner!
Went to the hotel, and dapat punta kame ng night cafe, pero walang nagising!
Come morning, nagising ako ng 6:30, nag greet ako ke grethel ng happy birthday, tapos we had breakfast, pag balek tulog ulet. mga 10:00am, ginigising kame ni grethel cuz we have to go to bukidnon na (her hometown), di na ko nagising sabe ko enjoy na lang nya time nya with family, so ayun tulog kame whole day!
tapos come night time, mejo nasira na tyan ko, hanggang kinabukasan, so i had to leave na din! we just went to church, tapos umuwi na ko! hehehehehe! dame ko kase nainom na tubeg sa river siguro hahahaha!
