IT'S A BRAND NEW DAY!

One thing I love about my work is the people I work with!

We have a new account, DTS. I just hope this really works. According to Sir Jin, they just sent the signed contract, woohoooo!!!!!!!!

QAs for this account, Precious and Roschelle! The reason I assigned them to this account is because I've proven them in the past. Precious with Medquist and Roschelle with Scribe. And they have never been a letdown. Experience + Leadership! Great team. Hope everyone in my team is just like them. Hmmmmmm.....

MTs for this account, San Juan, Anonas (or the branch formerly known as Shan), and Makati. A combination of oldies (but not really so old, mostly less than a year experience) and newbies (fresh from training).

San Juan - Allen, Grace, Joseph, and Michelle. Allen is an original San Juan from the time we got rid of the really original San Juan (a far cry from the original team na blaaaah!). Responsible and really takes care of her teammates. She and Grace are from the same batch. Grace, I was intending to keep her for a team that I was gonna set up for MQ, along with Shirley of Oppen, and Joseph, the third person of San Juan. Grace from training pa lang, I know had potential, and true enough, She's really good. That's why it pains me to give her to San Juan (buti na lang mabait si Jimmy Tanjangco, kaya okay na rin cuz i know she's in good hands). Joseph was to be a part of my MQ team, unfortunately those bastards pulled out. Then, initially, thought of giving him to Santolan, but then, I saw Allen, mag-isa sa San Juan, so napunta sya ng San Juan. I was never hands-on with Joseph's batch so I didn't know much about his capabilities. Only recently that I got to monitor their work and basing from feedbacks from QA, he's one of the best sa DTS group. And when you get to talk to the guy, he has a good head on his shoulders, cerebral baga! If he steps up a bit, lots of leadership potential. Michelle, the last person to join the team, from training, consistent, i hope she does well and would be a very good addition to this dream team! (waaaaaah, team ko dapat to!!!!!!) Anyway, I think Michelle could easily adapt to the group, mukhang okay din kasama, (on her 2nd day, invited me to friendster, ay wait, ni-view nya ko, then ako pala nag-invite, then ni-accept nya).

Anonas (the branch formerly known as Shan), obviously, si Shan lang ang kauna-unahang member ng team na to! Sya lang ang pumasa sa training pano. Hearthrob to grabe! Promise, pag nag-announce siguro ako na tumatanggap na sya ng ligaw, ay sus! I'm sure abot ng starbucks ang pila. Hehehehe, how do I know? Ako kaya ang tanungan ng bayan! hehehe, sad to say, she's kinda taken! She's fast, and from what I've heard, really good! Kung di lang nauna si Carl (franchisee ng Anonas), malamang, isa na naman sya sa pinanghihinayangan kong ibigay sa branch. She has four additions to their team. Dino, works fast and from feedback, quality's ok. Has potential. Marissa and Boots, needs more practice and hardwork. Overall potential of this group is good, specially, with Shan on board.

Makati, haaay, so kulet the franchisee! But mabait naman ata sa people nya so again, they're in good hands. Makulet na TL, with slight yabang (a funny kind of yabang, kaya ok lang). Arlene, hmmmmmm, Arlene, Arlene. The married woman na nasa malayo ang husband! Needs hardwork, hopefully, matuto sya from Bien and Robert. Almost fresh from training, so nasa learning curve pa. But from training, one with potential, hope she lives up to the potential. Robert (I'll call him with his first name everytime na, kase baka magkamale ako pag kaharap lahat hehehe). Maayos! Steady! Considering na fresh from training, dependable quality na!

So there you go! Meet my DREAM TEAM! Let's see where it's gonna take us! Hopefully, pataas!
